When things feel difficult, whether quietly or intensely, it can be hard to know where to turn.
Whatever you’re experiencing, you don’t have to face it alone.
Together, we can make sense of what’s shaping your inner world and move toward meaningful change.
What I offer
I am a Chartered Counselling Psychologist in Manchester with over 10 years’ experience across the NHS, private hospitals and the charity sector. I work with individuals & with couples and can help with:
✔ Anxiety & stress
✔ Depression & low mood
✔ Burnout & work-related difficulties
✔ Relationship difficulties
✔ Self-esteem & confidence challenges
✔ Body image & disordered eating
✔ Identity & life transitions
✔ Chronic illness
✔ Grief & loss
My approach combines thoughtful insight with practical tools. You’ll gain a deeper understanding of yourself, while also building strategies that support real change in everyday life.
I work integratively, drawing on humanistic, relational and cognitive behavioural therapies.
In therapy, we’ll take time to understand what’s been shaping how you feel, the experiences, patterns and beliefs that may be holding you back.
I also take a systemic and intersectional perspective, recognising that personal struggles don’t exist in isolation, but are shaped by wider social, cultural and relational contexts we live within.
Therapy with me is collaborative and grounded. A space where you can speak freely, feel understood, and supported without judgement.

Testimonials
I had the privilege of working with India for two years, and it’s hard to put into words just how much of a difference she has made.
From our very first phone call, before we’d even met properly, she made me feel completely at ease. There was none of the awkwardness or hesitation I’d worried about. I felt genuinely listened to from that first conversation, and that feeling never faded over the two years we worked together.
That same attentiveness shows up in every session. India has a real skill for approaching difficult topics. She never shies away from the hard conversations, but she handles them with so much care that they never feel overwhelming. She listens closely, picks up on the details that matter, and consistently finds ways to help me get the most out of our time together. She’s not just going through the motions, she’s genuinely invested in helping me grow.
Two years on, I feel more understood, more supported and more equipped than when I started, and a huge part of that is down to India’s skill, warmth and dedication as a therapist. I’d recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for someone who will truly listen and truly show up for them.
